Gentle Yoga
Tuesday 6:45-7:45 pm​
Gentle yoga begins with many warm ups to prepare you for the asanas (yoga poses). With a gentle flow we build trust with the body and mind connection to help you achieve deeper and more fulfilling relaxation as apposed to pushing and straining the body.
This class is more meditative and with moments of stillness to help calm the mind.

As all classes begin with a centering meditation, warm ups gearing you up to the poses with modifications suggested if needed so we can all respect the level we are in each moment. The 7 week session starts September 12th from 6:45-7:45 Yoga's benefits are many , beginning with relaxation and providing a space for balance.

Chair Yoga

Practicing yoga using a chair is very helpful if you have an injury or disability or as you age and lose some sense of balance. Some people would love to do yoga but they don’t have the ability to transition easily from floor to standing and vice versa. Chair yoga brings the benefits of yoga the same as floor yoga would.
